Puppet Couture

I’ve been making puppets for as long as I can remember. At this point, I’m not unconvinced that my own body is internally structured with half inch reticulated foam. My professional training began at Vee Corporation, where I had a hand in crafting puppets for Bear In The Big Blue House Live and Muppets for Sesame Street Live. At that time, I also worked regularly with characters for Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, Discovery Channel, and PBS.

As of late, I’ve created puppets for the Daytime Emmy nominated Miss Persona, the Broadway World Award winning Thank You For Being A Friend: The Golden Girls Puppet Parody [Toronto production], off-Broadway’s Rescue Rue, Chuck E. Cheese Entertainment, the Joseph Patrick Productions staging of Curious George, and Ronnie Burkett’s Theatre of Marionettes.
